Puppy Reservation instructions:

1. Fill out the contract completely, sign it and then email it to the address on the contract which is PrissyPantsPoodles@gmail.com. You may request an electronic contract by email to easily fill out and submit. Please call if you have questions - Contracts include a 2-Year Guarantee against Genetic/Health Diseases. 2. A $500.00 nonrefundable deposit is required for all reservations. We take payments via Zelle, Venmo or personal check. For a 3% fee we take all major credit cards. Both the contract and the deposit must be received in order to secure your reservation. 
3. When you make a deposit it will be for the current litter which will be listed on your contract unless you specify otherwise.
